Theory is nice...but let's get practical!

ABOUT LEAH FARMER

With 20+ years in the trenches as a product manager and executive at Big Tech, scale-ups, and startups (mostly Fintech, even before the word Fintech existed), Leah has seen a lot. Leah’s true passion for many years was solving real customer problems and growing and cultivating high-performing teams.

Now a life and leadership coach, Leah is on a mission to help tech folks avoid burnout and keep innovating to solve real human problems. Leah has created a program called "Product Alchemy" to help PMs get their hands dirty with practical solutions while keeping the big picture in mind. Leah also advises female founders who want to change the world every chance she gets...with a special interest in FemTech and EdTech. Leah is currently writing a book called "Save Yourself: Solitary Acts of Courage Done in Community" and playing with a couple startup ideas.

When not coaching, you’ll find Leah posting as the #2MinuteCoach on TikTok, curled up with a good book, hanging out with her cats (Malcolm and Lucy), or savoring a fine whisky. There is no one she’d rather do a podcast with than Marilyn!

You can find Leah for coaching or advisory work on her website
